Kate Roach Brown is a life-long fan of ABC soaps and has been with the popular website Eye on Soaps (http://eyeonsoaps.com) as a journalist since its birth in 2000. She does not look like Billy Clyde Tuggle at all. She just likes to look at him and thought you might as well. Kate is lovely and darling and is married to a fabulous businessman who carries her around on a little pillow and treats her like the treasure that she is. She is a professional editor and journalist and is just exactly as you’d think she is when you read her writing. She has a rich and sultry past that is peppered with rock stars and roadies and wholly enviable celebrity encounters. You want to be her, we know, but *sigh* you can’t, so just keep encouraging her to write that book so we can all live vicariously through her.
Katrina Rasbold has been an avid fan of ABC soaps since 1963 when she was just a tiny little thing and would watch GH with her mama on the ugly, scratchy plaid couch in their living room in rural Kentucky. She quickly used GH as a gateway drug to One Life to Live when it debuted and would rush home from school to breathless find out what happened in Port Charles and Llanview that day. She began watching All My Children right around the time David spiked the punch with Libidozone and hasn’t looked back. She began writing commentary for Soap Central in 1998 and started the website Eye on Soaps (http://eyeonsoaps.com) in 2000. She is the author of the popular “YOU at the GH Fan Club Weekend” guide (Formerly “The GH Fan Club Weekend for Dummies”) and is also a professional web designer and webmaster, free-lance journalist and yes, a telephone psychic. Katrina is married with six children ranging in age from 11 – 32 and three grandchildren. She lives on a (very) remote mountain top in Central California with four of her children and her young husband, who worships her. She enjoys movies, reading and journaling.
